Floyd, Ray - Autographed Trading Card

Born: September 4, 1942 in Fort Bragg, NC.
Card Size: 2 1/2" x 3 1/2"

In 1976, the 40th anniversary of The Masters saw one of the most impressive performances in major championship history as Raymond Floyd lapped the field and set or tied a number of scoring records.

Floyd shot 65-66-70-70 to really never be challenged in an eight-stroke victory over Ben Crenshaw. Floyd's 271 total tied the record set by Nicklaus in 1965. His 22 birdies and lone eagle also set a record for sub-par scores.

Ray Floyd added the 1969 and 1982 PGA Championship and 1986 U.S. Open and won a total of 22 tournaments on the PGA Tour. He also played in 8 Ryder Cups and captained the 1989 team. Ray Floyd was elected to The World Golf Hall of Fame in 1989.
