David Toms won his only major title to date at the PGA Championship in 2001 held at the Atlanta Athletic Club - Highlands Course beating out Phil Mickelson by one stroke for the title. His winning score of 265 in the 2001 PGA Championship is the lowest absolute 72-hole score ever recorded in a major championship.
