



Sandham, J. Henry - The Club's the Thing
J. Henry Sandham (1842-1910) was a Canadian artist. Sandham was born in Montreal and worked as a photographer, landscape painter and illustrator. In 1880 he moved to Boston, where he focused on portraiture and landscape painting, in addition to illustration.
Published by Hiram Walker & Sons, 1898, color litho. This is thought to be based on the 1897 Canadian Amateur Championship at Montreal.
